Amazingly Easy Broccoli Crust Pizza

  • 450 grams broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch dried herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


  • Chop the broccoli up in a food processor till it’s in tiny bits, but not quite a paste.
  • Steam the broccoli, either in a steamer for 5 minutes or the microwave for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425.
  • As soon as it’s cool enough to touch, transfer the broccoli to a clean tea towel or cheese cloth and squeeze out as much water as you can. 4.Dump the squeezed broccoli into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the mixture into whatever shape you desire, onto the sheet. It should be pizza-crust thick, which for me, means just under 1 cm.
  • Place in a 425 oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it is holding together and lightly brown on the bottom.
  • Remove it from the oven and add anything you’d put on your average pizza, and bake it again for 8-10 minutes.
