- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 300 grams frozen chopped spinach
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch dried rosemary or thyme
- 100 grams quick oats
Add all ingredients to a bowl, making sure you've squeezed all the water out of the spinach.
