75 grams toasted nuts any combination of nuts will do 60 grams parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic ½ teaspoon salt 120 grams radish greens 6 Tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Place garlic cloves in food processor and pulse until finely chopped
Add chunks of parmesan cheese, toasted walnuts, and salt to food processor
Process until mixture is smooth and well combined
Add radish greens to food processor
With machine running, slowly drizzle in olive oil through feed tube until fully incorporated
