Ground Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry (20 Minute Dinner)

This quick and easy ground pork and cabbage stir fry comes together in under 30 minutes with simple pantry ingredients. Tender cabbage, savory ground pork, and sweet corn are tossed in a delicious sweet & salty sauce. Serve it over rice for a satisfying weeknight dinner
Add the minced ginger and garlic, and continue to cook, tossing, until the cabbage is wilted and the pork is cooked through - approximately 6 minutes.
Add the frozen corn, along with all the liquid seasonings and continue to cook, tossing, for 4-5 more minutes or until the cabbage is tender and everything is coated in sauce. Cook it a bit longer if you want to reduce the sauce.
Serve over steamed rice or noodles and garnish with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
